  • Free shipping : Orders over $60
  • Express: shipping  $14.10 Delivery time estimate 1-2 business days.
  • You will be sent a tracking number upon the dispatch of your order and can track it yourself using the AusPost website.
  • Please note: AusPost does not operate on public holidays

  • International Shipping to United State
  • Standard Shipping: $21.00. Delivery time estimate: 5-10 business days
  • Express shipping: $36.00 Delivery time estimated: 3-6 business day
  • International Shipping to New Zealand 
  • Standard Shipping: $15.35 Delivery time estimated 4- 7 days

RETURNS

All Chaya Accessories are made with the highest attention to detail however we understand that sometimes we don’t always get it right.

  • We do not issue refunds on earrings for hygienic reasons, unless there is manufacturing defect.
  • If there is a fault with any of our items, please contact us at chayasaccessories@gmail.com, with a photo of the faulty item. We will organise a replacement to be sent your way
